Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags/packaging.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and intimate garments (if applicable) are not eligible.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund to your original form of payment.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the incorrect product.
  • Please use a trackable method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds typically post within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Start a Return

Email info@sethunyc.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and the return address.

Retail Purchases

For purchases made through third-party retailers, please follow their return policy. We are only able to assist with orders placed on www.sethunyc.com.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
